Our full refund guarantee
We stand behind every formula we make. If you're not completely happy with your Saltbush & Clay purchase, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price, even if you've opened and used it.
How to request a refund
- Email shop@saltbushandclay.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
- Let us know briefly what didn't work for you. It helps us make better formulas, but it won't affect your refund.
- We'll confirm by email and refund your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
You don't need to send opened products back unless we ask.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund straight away, at no cost to you.
Skin reactions
If you experience any irritation, stop using the product and contact us. Your purchase is covered by the guarantee above.
Limits
- One guarantee refund per customer per product.
- Gift cards and free or promotional items are not refundable.
Your rights
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
