We ship all orders via Australia Post from Queensland, Australia.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard shipping via Australia Post: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping via Australia Post: 1–3 business days

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Delivery times are estimates only. Saltbush & Clay is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at shop@saltbushandclay.com and we will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
