Your Rights: Our policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns: To receive a refund (original purchase price) or an exchange, simply return the product with proof of purchase.
Proof Accepted: Use a receipt, bank statement, or your customer profile.
Gifts: Gift receipts qualify for an exchange or a gift card.
No Proof: Without proof, we can only offer an exchange for an item of equal or higher value (you pay any price difference).
Refund Processing: Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Kits/Bundles: All items in a Kit (Gift-Kits, Duets, etc.) must be returned together. Individual items in a kit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless legally required).
