Refund policy.

Your Rights: Our policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Returns: To receive a refund (original purchase price) or an exchange, simply return the product with proof of purchase.

  2. Proof Accepted: Use a receipt, bank statement, or your customer profile.

    • Gifts: Gift receipts qualify for an exchange or a gift card.

    • No Proof: Without proof, we can only offer an exchange for an item of equal or higher value (you pay any price difference).

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  4. Kits/Bundles: All items in a Kit (Gift-Kits, Duets, etc.) must be returned together. Individual items in a kit cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  5. Adverse Reactions/Quality: If you have an adverse reaction or quality issue, contact us immediately for assistance. See our online Terms of Trade for your full rights and our responsibilities.

  6. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless legally required).
